Elmer and Eddy were detained at the scene. Elmer was charged with interference with custody of a minor and reckless conduct for allegedly operating the vehicle with an unsecured juvenile. Both individuals were booked into the Coweta County Jail, and holds were placed on them for extradition to Florida regarding felony warrants.
